How it works
How hop-on hop-off tickets work
HopOnHopOff · 12 September 2026
A hop-on hop-off ticket is a pass for a route, not a reservation for one departure. You board a bus on the loop, ride as far as you like, and board a later one at the same stop or another.
What the ticket covers
- Travel on the marked route for the hours printed on the ticket.
- As many rides as you want inside that window.
- The commentary, when the bus is running it.
What it does not cover
Castle entry, boat trips, and timed tours are separate. If a page asks for an age or an arrival time, that activity is a reserved departure, not the bus loop.
Keep the ticket on your phone. Drivers scan it each time you board.
